Wolfgang Murnberger's Second World War thriller MY BEST ENEMY (MEIN BESTER FEIND) stars Moritz Bleibtreu as Viktor Kaufmann, the son of a successful art gallery owner. Soon after Victor's father reveals that he secretly owns a genuine Michelangelo artwork, the family's fortune is thrown in turmoil when Vienna is annexed by the Nazis. Things take an even graver turn when Victor's childhood friend, Rudi Smekal (Georg Friedrich), joins the SS and is forced to betray Victor by seizing the priceless treasure for the Nazis.
