A child fractured

I am, JJ Bean, I am releasing these notes to myself that I have gathered over the years for one reason, I want people with traumatic pasts to be freed, to become the survivor and not the victim. Though not in any particular order, they are all texts about my life and my own experiences with traumatic abuse. These texts were written as far back as 18 all the way until I was 44. They will possibly awaken in you that something you've been searching for but never found, even though it has always been inside you. You are not alone. Just because you don't see the struggle, doesn't mean someone isn't drowning.. Pain of the mind is worse than pain of the body.
